Why Do This Course?
If you have to deal with complex problems you will have to provide complex responses – often in writing.
This course helps you develop the skills that you need to analyse a problem, to work out the relevant rules and facts; and to write clear, well-structured letters.
Although the focus of the course is about dealing with benefits problems the skills that you gain are just as important when you write any document or report for work.
