Why Do This Course?
The rights of homeless people come from laws. Local council homelessness officers must follow the law. The government gives them a document called the Homelessness Code of Guidance to make sure that they fully understand the law.
This course uses the Code of Guidance so that you also get to understand what the law says about the most important homelessness rules.
Throughout the day we deal with common problems and some approaches for dealing with these.
