What’s This Course About?

At the moment people claim Universal Credit when they need to make a new claim for means-tested financial support.
But if you got your claims in before Universal Credit arrived you can stay on the old legacy benefits.
Now though Managed Migration has restarted and it will soon be rolled out nationally. This will mean a compulsory move from the legacy benefits to Universal Credit
This one-day training session details the processes for migration and looks at how you can work with your service user to get the best possible deal when their claims are changed.
