Why Do This Course?
Young people claim the same benefits as everyone else, but in many situations they face extra barriers. This course looks at the benefits that young claimants might get; and also deals with each of these extra barriers.
If you are already familiar with the benefits and just need to know more about the extra rules that relate to young people maybe do the Young People and Education Booster Session instead.
By doing the course you will:
- Understand the structure of the benefits system and where the benefits that young people can claim fit within it.
- Understand what young people can claim in a range of different circumstances:
